After a bit of a hiatus, I'm reviving this blog. Mostly so I can document moving and settling into our new home. After eight wonderful years, we're moving out of the star of my first blog, "My Little Green House." 

I live in Minneapolis, Minnesota - a city I love. In 2011, I started a neighborhood photodocumentary project called Minneapolis 81. It combines many of my favorite activities: meeting new people, urban exploration, photography and learning how others experience this city.

My husband, Scott is a chemist, self-taught computer programmer and talented home brewer. 

Stewie, is a Bichon Frise and is quite possibly the most laid back dog I know.  

After twelve years as a career counselor, I've recently followed my own advice and changed my career. I am now a web editor at the University of Minnesota.
