Some of the best weekend decisions are made spontaneously. Like this morning when at the last minute I decided I needed some Annie time. Ahem, I mean I wanted to have a lovely conversation with Erin and Ben. Lucky for me, they were hanging out at home building garden boxes and researching what to plant and were welcoming of a pop-in. I came bearing a vanilla latte from Groundswell Coffee and in exchange I was given a bowl of delicious tuna salad compliments of Chef Ben. 

When I arrived, Annie was eating but that didn't stop her from looking over at me and warming my heart with a huge smile.  After lunch, when she wasn't pulling herself up from the floor, crawling, or taking her shoes and socks off, she was hamming it up for the camera. I am bummed I didn't bring my flash (or borrow Erin's - duh) but nothing a little Lightroom preset and collage won't fix! 

I will be shocked if Annie is not into photography when she is older. The bottom left photo is her trying to put my lens cap on for me. Clearly she spend a lot of time with her photobug mom!

Thank you, Erin, Ben and Annie for making my rainy Saturday morning much brighter!
